Food for thought when booking with me:

• All prices are the same for all services (structural integration, craniosacral therapy, yoga, a lovely one-off bodywork session that integrates some or all of the above).

• In my experience, at least three consecutive (every one to four weeks) sessions seriously improves the impact and results of the work. If you can fit it into your schedule and financially afford it, I highly recommend booking at least three, if not a full ten series.

• Please consider scheduling at least a 75 minute session for your first appointment so we have ample time to have an intake conversation and create a care plan, together.

• Payment is due at the time of session in cash, check, or venmo if we must, for a $3 fee (this covers my business fees to venmo).
